Brian Howitt, whom many of you
know already, will be doing the cleaning of our roofs and
gutters. We're sorry that, because of extenuating circumstances,
this has taken longer to get started than it should have.
The work will be done in 4 stages. He started today on Birkdale and
will continue, weather permitting, until it is done. Once he has
submitted his invoice and payment has been received for that portion,
he will begin the next section. We are not sure where that will be, but
every roof will be taken care of before he is finished.
We will let you know, if possible, when each stage will be started.
